What Is The Circle?
A return to wholeness
The circle has no end and no beginning. There are no harsh edges or hierarchy. It is inclusive and balanced and sacred. It is whole.
When we gather in the Circle, as our wise women ancestors once did, we remember that we, too, are whole — and always have been.
After years of experiencing and experimenting with clinical group therapy and grounded spiritual practices, I’m honored to offer you a unique holistic approach that fosters connection, growth, and healing in togetherness.
When women come together and make a commitment to each other to be in a circle with a spiritual center, they are creating a vessel of healing and transformation for themselves, and a vehicle for change in their world.

Longing for something...more?
I know the feeling. When I first started my clinical practice over 20 years ago, I felt like even though I was practicing what I was taught, I was only skimming the surface of the impact I could make.
It wasn’t long before I found group therapy — and then Circlework — which changed everything. It was like a door swung open and revealed a whole new way of practicing that fully aligned with my values and provided a healing space for both my clients and myself.
Since then, I have specialized in helping other women tap into their own healing potential by blending Western psychology with timeless spiritual wisdom. Together, we create group settings where deep personal growth naturally unfolds.
If you, too, are a spiritually-driven therapist craving a more connected, purpose-driven way to make your impact, this space is here for you.

Stories From The Well
KIMBERLY ROSE, MEd, NCC, GEP CIG
“I left my first circle retreat differently than how I arrived. The time in authentic communion with other women and the purposeful spaciousness for self care was both deeply nourishing and a corrective experience for me. Though I showed up mentally open, my nervous system and heart were on guard due to previous unhealthy experiences with women in groups. But Carrie and the circle created opening after opening for us all to simply be ourselves with no expectations, to connect, to feel, to share, to move, to support each other, to play, to be quiet, and to drop into heart, body, and ancestry. The permission for all of this is my birthright, and to feel that birthright somatically touched something deep within. I’m so grateful to be thawing my freeze weeks after, and to be more oriented to heart in my daily life and work. This circlework is what the world needs. “
